When logging in to 23w04a the new features from the changelog are not found within the game.

When loading into a world in 23w04a I searched for the new features and could not find them in any structure, commands, or the creative menu.

What I expected to happen was...:
I was expecting to at least see them in commands or the creative inventory.

What actually happened was...:
No templates, new commands, or smithing table changes appeared.
