Stronghold library loot tables have changed to normal stronghold loot table

Get library loot table from stronghold library chests

What actually happened was...:
Loot table is instead the same as all other stronghold chests

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a stronghold library chest
2. Be disappointed
