/ride on a marker moves the player/entities but fails to ride.

when using /ride to make the player/entities mount to a marker entity, it will move the player to the marker but not ride the marker.

What I expected to happen was...:
It should either let the player/entities ride the marker, or fail to ride marker and not move the player/entities.

What actually happened was...:
The player/entities will move to the marker but doesn't mount it. an error message will go in chat saying  "<player/entities name> couldn't start riding Marker"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. /summon minecraft:marker
2. /ride @s mount @e[type=minecraft:marker,limit=1]
3. Player will now be moved to the marker and an error in the chat says "<player name> couldn't start riding Marker"

This will also happen when entities are also tried to be mounted on a Marker.
