Upon natural world generation turtle can spawn inside each other causing them to get stuck and constantly play the turtle shamble sound

Observed Result

The two turtles weren't moving and causing the turtle shambles sound to play non stop

Expected Result

They wouldn't be stuck together or would get pushed out of each others hitboxes
