"Execute on owner" doesn't work on projectiles

Trident, Snowball, Ender Pearl, Eye of Ender, Arrow, Spectral Arrow, Shulker Bullet, Egg and Firework entities have Owner nbt data, but their owner can't be selected with "Execute on owner"

Recreation:
-Get a trident
-Throw it

-type "/execute on @e[type=trident,limit=1,sort=nearest] on owner run say test"
the command will not run because "execute on" doesn't count the owner's of projectiles as owners
