The Bug:

The attack indicator rapidly flashes when traveling at high speeds while steering boats or camels that have passengers.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a long line of blue ice by using the commands provided below.

   /fill ~1 ~ ~2 ~150 ~ ~4 minecraft:blue_ice

   /fill ~1 ~1 ~1 ~150 ~1 ~1 minecraft:polished_andesite

   /fill ~1 ~1 ~5 ~150 ~1 ~5 minecraft:polished_andesite

2. Place down a boat on the ice and enter it.
3. Obtain a sword and begin holding it in your hand.
4. Get another player to enter the same boat as you.
5. Slide across the ice using the boat and watch your attack indicator closely.
6. Take note as to whether or not the attack indicator rapidly flashes when traveling at high speeds while steering boats or camels that have passengers.

Observed Behavior:

The attack indicator rapidly flashes.

Expected Behavior:

The attack indicator would not rapidly flash.
