Jumping on top of farmland can still occasionally push the player slightly

The Bug:

Jumping on top of farmland can still occasionally push the player slightly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a large area of farmland by using the command provided below.

   /fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~9 ~ ~9 minecraft:farmland

2. Place water in the center of the farmland blocks to prevent them from naturally dehydrating.
3. Walk and jump on top of the farmland and pay close attention the movement of your player as you do this.
4. Take note as to whether or not jumping on top of farmland can still occasionally push the player slightly.

Observed Behavior:

The player is occasionally pushed slightly.

Expected Behavior:

The player would never be pushed.
