Player's model displayed in inventory while sneaking differs between the versions

Repro Steps:

1. Launch the title.
2. Create new world on Creative Gamemode.
3. From Creative inventory obtain 'Stone Slab' and 'Stone'.
4. Build 2 block tall wall and stick 'Stone Slab' to the top of the top block.
5. Sneak under 'Stone Slab'.
6. Open inventory.
7. Compare to Bedrock.
8. Observe the issue.

Observed Results:

Java: Player's model displayed in the inventory while sneaking is displayed outside the border.

Bedrock: Player's model displayed in the inventory while sneaking is not displayed outside the border.

Expected Results:

Parity between the versions.
