Random corruption

Sometimes worlds will randomly get corrupted after playing on them and then closing the game. I can somewhat restore the worlds by using level.dat files from another world but all of my advancements, inventory and ender chest inventory are wiped. I would have easily shrugged this off as a minor inconvenience if this hadn't happened countless times and has become greatly annoying so if this could be fixed it would be greatly appreciated.
