Wither skeleton skull on vex head not visible

The wither skeleton head that I have placed onto the head of the vex using a command isn't visible anymore as of 1.19.3. This is a really big problem since I made it invisible to have an automatically moving floating wither skeleton skull that can move through blocks. This bug is probably caused by MC-258783 or at least related.
