Minecraft In Game Keyboard Input Issue

There is a massive input delay on the keyboard, Mouse input is unaffected.

when I press " W " to move forward the player keeps moving till hit an obstacle or a wall or maybe after couple of seconds !! and too many other movements inputs !

when I am at the swimming I always drown!!!!

even when I press Esc to open the pause menu 

my PC is totally fine 100% , I face this issue only with Minecraft!

i would be grateful for any solution .
