Lightning/Texture issiues with non full blocks

I have, what I assume are, lightning bugs with half blocks like:

minecraft:azalea

minecraft:flowering_azalea

minecraft:azalea_leaves (only on the inside of the block when there is another leaf attached)

likewise with all other leaf types

minecraft:cave_vines

minecraft:cave_vines_plant (with and without berries)

minecraft:big_dripleaf (same for the small version)

minecraft:big_dripleaf_stem (same for the small version)

minecraft:spore_blossom

minecraft:glow_lichen

minecraft:grass (and all other grass types)

minecraft:tall_grass (top and bottom) (and all other grass types)

minecraft:pointed_dripstone (all thiccnesses)

minecraft:vine (only if at the bottom of a block)

minecraft:sweet_berry_bush (all sizes, with and without berry)

minecraft:sugar_cane (all heights)

minecraft:hanging_roots

minecraft:frogspawn

minecraft:amethyst_cluster

minecraft:large_amethyst_bud

minecraft:lily_pad

all coral types dead and alive, NOT the fans

minecraft:chain (only on x axis rotation)

minecraft:iron_bars (only the top and bottom part)

minecraft:campfire and soul_campfire (only the actual fire)

minecraft:cobweb

minecraft:sculk_vein (all orientations)

 

all rails

all saplings (including bamboo)

all mushrooms

all flowers.

 

The water changes sometimes from see through to non see through.

 

I (as far as i know) disabled all overlays.
