Debug keys and functions don't work while on the death screen

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Stay on the Death Screen
2) Try out all the debug keys (e.g F3+A , F3+B, F3)
3) Note how only holding F3+C crashes the game

Note:

This issue can be reproduced with all debug keys and functions excluding crashing with F3+C.
