dropdown sliders in bug tracker only have one option

dropdown sliders in mojira (the mojang bug tracker) only provide one option when clicked or typed into.

 

Steps to reproduce:

create an issue using the mojang bug tracker for minecraft java edition. type into the affects versions or issue type dropdown menu

Expected result:

there should be a list of versions or issue types

Observed result:

it only gives the option of 1.19.3 and bug issue type
