Blazes not dropping glowstone dust

From what I can remember blazes were always supposed to drop glowstone dust when killed by a player just like blaze rods. I have played Minecraft on my Wii U for a long time and got glowstone dust from blazes and I played Minecraft on my PC to play on hypixel later. In the newest version of Minecraft on my PC however blazes only seem to drop blaze rods and no glowstone dust anymore.
