Drowned does not glow unlike in Bedrock Edition

In Bedrock Edition, Drowned glows but in Java Edition, they do not. I prefer the Bedrock Edition Drowned because it looks pretty realistic when the light blue “holes” (including the eyes and mouth) glows.
