Parity issue: The locations of camels' ears differ across platforms

The Bug:

The locations of camels' ears differ across platforms.

The location of ears on Java Edition does not match where they are on Bedrock Edition. In Java Edition, their ears are slightly lower than in Bedrock Edition. For a visual understanding of the difference in behavior across platforms, see the below attachments.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch an instance of both Java Edition and Bedrock Edition.
2. Summon some camels and look at and compare the locations of their ears across platforms.
3. Take note as to whether or not the locations of camels' ears differ across platforms.

Observed Behavior:

The ears in Java Edition are positioned slightly lower down than in Bedrock Edition.

Expected Behavior:

The location of ears would match across platforms.
