Vex cannot get inside the Minecart

Repro Steps:
1. Launch the title.
2. Create a new world on Creative Game Mode.
3. Obtain from Inventory ''Spawn Vex'', "Minecart" and "Rail".
4. Place ''Rail' and then on it place "Minecart".
5. Take "Spawn Vex'' to hand aim at "Rail" and click spawn it.
6. Observe the issue.

Observed Results:
Issue does not occur on Retail and Bedrock. Vex cannot enter the Minecart when Player spawns it right below it, or even when Player tries to push Vex into Minecart with body
