Game Rules button and Create New World button, More World Options button and Cancel button, stack together if the player is playing on 4k computer and on fullscreen mode

The buttons in the world create menu would stack on 4k on fullscreen.Also, many of the buttons don't display correctly as the buttons in the world create menu.

PS:This seems to only happen when force unicode is on.
