Swamp Hut spawned with /place command do not change mob spawning rules

If you place a Swamp Hut with the /place command, it spawns a Witch and cat inside as intended. However, other mobs are still able to spawn in the Swamp Hut rather than spawning exclusively Witches like naturally generated Swamp Huts.
