Losing Stuff/ Animals and Items when i log in.

in Singleplayer I lost my Horse with Diamond Armor and my Donkey, i lost 10 diamonds, Tools, and other stuff. i lost a map i took off my wall from a Item frame and put back but now it's gone. i had 4 Villagers i save when they were Zombies now i have 2 please fix it soon <:/
