I can't Spawn the Camel in any snapshot.

So, when I saw the new snapshots, I wanted to try out the brand new camel but I can use the summon command it would not work so when I went into a later snapshot, I could not find the camel spawn egg. this is a big problem because I can't use the new mob. I also can't get the piglin head.
