Laggy when punching or attacking players. And Mobs with armor sometimes not walking.more bugs...and suggestions

When i punch or attack i lagg and i see mobs with armor not walking.
Villagers stay outside in night sometimes... When they see zombie beside their house they go out kinda 1 or 2 zombies wear armor when i give not all zombies wear they ignore it .Boats stop whn using it a minute or something less time.
Suggestions please add more villagers like healer and builder cause when villagers became zombie they heal them or priest can heal it builder for house that has been griefed.etc..
