Game crashes when opening game rules when creating new world

When creating a new world and opening the game rules menu, the game crashes.

Error recieved on crash:
The game crashed whilst rendering screen
Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "java.util.List.stream()" because the return value of "epc$a.a()" is null
