We were unable to verify what products you own. Please check your internet connection. Minecraft Java Launcher Bug

So, one day I booted up the Minecraft Launcher. And to my Suprise a saw an error saying Unable to verify what products you own! my internet is good, and stuff and I own the game and I WASN'T banned! also it is flickering cannot connect to Mojang services over and over again! I tried signing out and in like a bunch of times and nothing! I even reinstalled it like 2 times! and I also tried repairing it with windows settings but NOTHING! please help me!
