Copying a chiseled bookshelf with NBT data into inventory and then placing it doesn't show books inside

Hello, so I found a bug, where if you copy a chiseled bookshelf with NBT data in it and then place it, the books won't appear in it, but if you break it, the books drop out of it

What should happen, is that after placing down the bookshelf, the texture of the part, where are the books should have the same amount of books in it like the original 

Basically, I placed a Chiseled bookshelf, filled it with for example 4 books and then used CTRL + Middle mouse button to copy the NBT data
Then, when you place it, the texture where it's supposed to be filled with 4 books is just an empty bookshelf instead
After you break it, the 4 books normally drop out of it
