Sculk sensors are not activated upon camels dashing

The bug

Sculk sensors are not activated upon camels dashing. This is unexpected, as the camel is physically moving.

To reproduce

1. Place a sculk sensor.
2. Summon a camel and saddle it.
3. Mount the camel.
4. Wait for the sculk sensor to stop.
5. Dash.

Expected result

The sculk sensor would pick up the vibration.

Observed result

The sculk sensor is not activated, and only activates when the camel touches the ground.
