The Bug:

Piglin heads don't retain their ear positions upon reloading into worlds.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Obtain a piglin head and place it down.
• Power it with redstone so that its ears begin moving.
• Remove the power source and take note of the positioning of the piglin head's ears.
• Reload into the world and look at the position of the piglin head's ears.
• Take note as to whether or not piglin heads retain their ear positions upon reloading into worlds.

Observed Behavior:

Piglin heads don't retain their ear positions.

Expected Behavior:

Piglin heads would retain their ear positions.
