Using enchanted books on a filled chiseled bookshelf duplicates the enchanted book, and increases the stack size infinitely

In both survival and creative mode using an enchanted book on a filled chiseled bookshelf duplicates the enchanted book and causes the stack size to increase despite enchanted books not being stackable normally.

Observed Behavior:
Duplicated book

Expected Behavior:
Nothing should happen

How to Reproduce:
Obtain a chiseled bookshelf and enchanted books in either survival or creative mode. Fill the bookshelf with any type of book, then try to use the enchanted book on the filled bookshelf
