Default player head only shows Steve's skin, instead of using all new default skins

In addition to Steve's skin head other default role head for MHF skin.
Other default roles should have their own head block.

Affects the following roles:

1. Alex
2. Zuri
3. Sunny
4. Noor
5. Makena
6. Kai
7. Efe
8. Ari
