Colored Blocks Tab Always Spelt With US Spelling.

The new "Colored Blocks" tab in the creative inventory does not change the spelling of the word "Colored" when changing from English US to English United Kingdom. Basically it is always "Colored" and not "Coloured" when choosing UK English. It's always spelt the US way.
