Glow lichen produces generic grass sound instead of vine sounds when broken or placed

I believe it's an inconsistency that glow lichen doesn't make the breaking and placing sounds as vines. As of 22w45a, glow lichen makes the same sounds and vines when walking on it, but breaking or placing it creates the grass block sound.
