Particles from breaking frogspawn are transparent

Summary:
Particles of breaking frogspawn transparent. Since the textures are no longer transparent, it was expected that the particles would not have transparency MC-256899. This is also the problem of parity.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the frogspawn.
2. Break it.

Observed results:
Particles of breaking the frogspawn are transparent.

Expected results:
Particles of breaking the frogspawn are not transparent.
