Fishing line does not sync with the sneak animation

When sneaking while fishing, the line snaps way further down than it should and then moves back up to meet the fishing rod handle. Same goes for unsneaking, except it goes way further up.

How to reproduce:

1. Hold a fishing rod.
2. Cast the line.
3. Sneak. The end of the line should be synced with the player sneak animation but instead it does what was described above.
