Stacking and duplication of Enchanted books with Chiseled bookshelfs possible

How to reproduce:

1. Have a full inventory.
2. Have a fully filled chiseled bookshelf.
3. Right-click on the chiseld bookshelf.

If you follow the steps above you end up with a stacked version of that enchanted book. Each time you right-click it gets incremented.

I only tested it in 22w45a, but probably an issue since chisled bookshelfs were introduced.
