The bug

Entities killed inside or on top of powder snow do not convert nearby blocks to sculk.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place a sculk catalyst near sculk spreadable blocks.
2. Kill a blaze with powder snow within 8 blocks of the catalyst.

Expected result

The catalyst converts nearby blocks into sculk blocks.

Observed result

Only the blooming particles are emitted, with the blocks not being converted.
