Not all light variations exist in the Creative inventory

The bug

The Creative inventory, which now includes invisible blocks as of 22w44a, only has the strength-15 light block. Light blocks corresponding to levels 0 through 14 are completely absent.

Unlike MC-154099, the other levels do not appear in the Search bar when requesting light blocks.

How to reproduce

1. Enter the Creative inventory with op permissions
2. Type "light" in the search bar

Expected results

All 16 strengths would be available.

Actual results

Only level 15 is present.
