Bee nest is absent from Functional Blocks

The bee nest is basically identical in behaviour and usage to the crafted beehive, so it'd without a doubt qualify as being just as "functional". Despite this, minecraft:bee_nest appears to be completely absent from Functional Blocks.

It should preferably be right next to the beehive.
