Magma cube flame particles are mostly generated in midair

The bug

When a magma cube jumps and falls on top of a block, several flame particles are generated. For some reason, these particles are generated levitating in the air to a variable degree instead of close to the ground.

How to reproduce

1. Find magma cubes
2. Take note of their jumping

Expected results

The flame particles would be generated a few pixels above the ground at most.

Actual results

The flames often appear upwards of half a block above the surface.
