[MC-256942] Some entities (with no owner) starting TNT explosions do not appear in death messages

With the addition of TNT, End Crystals and TNT Minecarts recording what caused them to blow up, some entities have been left out.

When snowballs, tridents, splash potions or lingering potions with no owner (can be replicated with dispensers or /summon) pass through lava and trigger TNT, it is not mentioned in the death message.

This is not the same with Spectral Arrows or Arrows as they do show in the death message even with no owner.
