pillagers shooting their arrows sideways

I don't know why but I've noticed that pillagers are kinda broken in the latest snapshot.

they're shooting their arrows sideways which makes them not have a chance of hitting you at all.

I hope this bug will be fixed untill the next snapshot.

and also when I played survival I started to see a lot of pillager patrols spawning very frequent like every 1 to 2 days each, so do you think it's a bug?
