Long player names within the "Select Chat Messages to Report" menu can extend past the scroll bar

The Bug:

Long player names within the "Select Chat Messages to Report" menu can extend past the scroll bar.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Join a multiplayer server or a LAN world.
• Create a team with a very long prefix and suffix.

• /team add test

• /team modify test prefix {"text":"[VERY VERY LONG TEAM PREFIX TEXT] ","color":"light_purple"}

• /team modify test suffix {"text":" [VERY VERY LONG TEAM SUFFIX TEXT]","color":"red"}

• Get another player to join the test team and have them type a message in chat.
• Open the social interactions menu, select the player that just spoke in chat, and click the "Report player" button.
• Now click the "Select Chat Messages to Report" button and look at the said player's name.
• Take note as to whether or not long player names within the "Select Chat Messages to Report" menu can extend past the scroll bar.

Observed Behavior:

Long player names can extend past the scroll bar.

Expected Behavior:

Long player names would not be able to extend past the scroll bar.
