The chains on non-"attached" hanging signs are slightly larger than the signs

The Bug:

The chains on non-"attached" hanging signs are slightly larger than the signs.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a non-"attached" hanging sign by using the command provided below.

   /setblock ~1 ~ ~1 minecraft:bamboo_hanging_sign

2. Look closely at where the chain connects to the sign.
3. Take note as to whether or not the chains on non-"attached" hanging signs are slightly larger than the signs.

Observed Behavior:

The chains are slightly larger than the signs.

Expected Behavior:

The chains would be the size same as the signs.
