Awkward/mundane/thick tipped arrows have no specific names in the Creative inventory

The bug

Awkward/mundane/thick tipped arrows have generic names in the Creative inventory.

To reproduce

• Open the creative inventory and go to the Combat tab.
• You will see three tipped arrows in sequence.
• Notice how all of them are named "Tipped Arrow".

Expected result

They would have appropriate names.

Observed result

They are all named "Tipped Arrow".
