My id is lost when I enter the game.

I have come back to play But I have entered the id and it tells me to buy again but I I will confirm with my heart I didn't buy the game but I have entered the game code which means I own this id. but i can't play I wonder why this happened. I have a code that I've already entered as evidence. Obviously because I lost a lot of money and both bought cape optifine.
