Horse/Camel bars don't reset if dismounting and remounting while holding space

The Horse/Camel bars aren't reset when dismounting and remounting while space is held.

To reproduce:

1. Spawn a Horse or Camel and ride it
2. Hold down space for any length of time
3. Press shift to dismount, but keep holding space
4. Right click the Horse or Camel to remount it
5. Right away the bar will be as it was before, not having to first fill up

 This is very apparent with Camels who are sitting, as the bar is always gray at this point. The bar instantly jumps once beginning to move.
