Trapped in Minecart - unable to exit

Trapped in Minecart - unable to exit

What I expected to happen was...:
Exiting minecart worked prior to 1.6.2 update

What actually happened was...:
Trapped and unable to exit.
Tried /kill command from console as I run multi-player server on my PC
Tried /kill command as user with message return saying permissions not available to player

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unknown. Presently trapped
