minecraft to file explorer bug

I was thinking: let's see if world 1.19.2 importing general parameters work in the new 22w42a snapshot

What I expected to happen was...:
the file explorer starts and maybe 1.19.2 files works ore nmot

What actually happened was...:

when minecraft opens windows file explorer, a bug occurs, if i click on ANYTHING minecraft would go to the background, from that moment on, the only thing i could do was open the task manager and close the program, not even ALT + F4 it worked

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a new world
2. go to extra options
3. click on import extra parameters

NOTE: this happns sometimes only
