Chiseled Bookshelves keep a comparator signal of 1 when removing all books

When you place a chiseled bookshelf with a comparator coming off from it, there is no signal. But if you were to add and remove a book from it, it keeps it signal until you replace it.

How to Reproduce:
1. Connect a comparator to a chiseled bookshelf
2. Place and remove a single book or more
3. The signal stays
