Walking/standing on rafts and boats is glitchy - popping up and down

When you jump on top of the raft and try to walk, your motion is very glitchy and "stepper like". Same thing happens when walking on top of the boats. They cannot be used reliably as a foothold. Player bops up and down slightly, probably pushed up by collision detection. It was not like that with boats in older versions.
